My background
I’m 33 years old and grew up in Bavaria. With a background in engineering and over 1,000 hours of therapeutic self-experience, I created the right base to conduct this work with the necessary tranquility and care. It allows me to dedicate sufficient time (including preparation and follow-up) to each of my clients. I also find that an hour of therapy is often too short, which is why I propose to schedule 90 minutes.
The basis of my interest in psychology comes from personally meaningful and touching meditation experiences (Vipassana Meditation after S.N. Goenka and Jack Kornfield).
Until this day meditation practice helps me, in contrast to the situation several years ago, to be more conscious in my daily life and in contact with clients (➜ Competencies).
My trainings
In 2020, I began a bachelor’s degree in psychology. After a short time, I switched to the more practice-oriented “Heilpraktiker für Psychotherapie” (according to the ➜ Heilpraktikergesetz). In parallel, since the beginning of 2021, I have attended various therapeutic self-experience trainings/ seminars in different modalities. I could observe – with awe – their profoundly positive effects on me.
Holotropic breathwork
From fall 2022 to spring 2025, I was part of a 30-person group for holotropic breathwork (Grof Legacy Training ®) with ➜ Dr. Ingo Jahrsetz. This helped me understand my own issues/complexes/triggers, which help me to distinguish between “my own” and my clients.
I have been able to experience it again and again with ➜ holotropic breathwork, and I find it fascinating what is possible through awareness. Based on this, I find joy in supporting people in what I have experienced myself during the process of raising awareness.
For example it helped me becoming aware of patterns, ingrained behaviors, and building a relationship to my feelings. But also to remember and becoming aware of what was formative and led me to where I am today.
As long as something is unconscious, it will potentially be repeated and relived. That doesn’t have to be a bad thing. But if it is inhibiting or harmful in some way, then in my opinion it’s better to shine the “light of consciousness” on it – that is, to take a closer look.
Let us do this together!
