My background
I am 33 years old and grew up in bavaria. After a long phase of inner preparation (over 1000 hours of training and therapeutic self-experience) I would now like to take practical action. With an engineering background and several years of professional experience, I created the right base for myself to conduct this work with the necessary tranquility and care. This means I can take well enough time (including preparation and follow-up) for each of my clients.
The basis of my interest in psychology comes from personally meaningful and touching meditation experiences (Vipassana Meditation, as taught by S.N. Goenka).
Until this day meditation practice helps me, in contrast to the situation several years ago, to be more conscious in my daily life and in contact with clients (see Competencies).
My trainings
In 2020, I began a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. After three semesters, I switched to the more practice-oriented training “Heilpraktiker für Psychotherapie” (according to the Heilpraktikergesetz: https://www.gesetze-im-internet.de/heilprg/BJNR002510939.html ). Parallel to that since spring 2021 I started visiting several further trainings and seminars of different therapy schools. I started to benefit from those quickly and significantly. I am trained in client-centered psychotherapy and will soon begin further training at the IFS Institute in Munich.
Holotropic breathwork
Since fall 2022 I was a participant of an ongoing three year psychotherapeutic training (Grof Legacy Training ®), with Dr. Ingo Jahrsetz and a fixed 30-headed group. Also here I continued to explore my personal triggers and psychological topics, so that I can be less reactive towards the topics my clients bring up. Also it helped me not to mix up my own topics with the ones of my clients.
I’ve been able to experience it again and again through holotropic breathwork, and I find it fascinating what is possible through awareness. It gives me a sense of harmony and joy to support people in what I have experienced in myself during the process of raising awareness.
I’m referring to becoming aware of thought patterns, “locked-away” feelings, adaptations to the current environment (behavioral patterns), memories, etc. etc. As long as something is unconscious, it is potentially repeated/ relived and thus remains unreflected within the “human system.” This doesn’t necessarily have to be a bad thing. However, if it harms the “system”/ steals energy or otherwise inhibits it, then in my opinion, it’s better in the long run to shine the light of consciousness on it.
Let us do this together!
